The agreement between you (or your venue) and WhosOnNext.
WhosOnNext is provided by WHOSONNEXT SERVICES ("we", "us"). By creating a venue account or using WhosOnNext as a player, you agree to these terms.
WhosOnNext gives venues a digital queue system for pool tables (and any other tables you configure), accessed by staff via a table manager and by players via QR code.
New venues start on a free trial. After the trial, your subscription begins automatically and renews monthly until cancelled. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
Prices may change from time to time. If we change your plan's price, we'll give you reasonable notice before it takes effect.
You can cancel at any time from your table manager's Settings menu, with no notice period and no cancellation fee. Cancelling stops future billing; your venue keeps full access until the end of the billing period already paid for, after which the queue and table manager stop working until you resubscribe.
We don't offer refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by law or at our discretion in cases of error.
You agree not to:
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this section.
WhosOnNext is provided "as is" and "as available". We aim for reliable uptime but don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we're not liable for losses arising from temporary outages.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses (e.g. lost business or lost profits).
Nothing in these terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
Alongside your right to cancel at any time, we may suspend or close an account for breach of the Acceptable Use section above, for non-payment, or if we discontinue the service - in the latter case, with reasonable notice where practical.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these terms as the service evolves. If we make a material change, we'll update the date at the top of this page and notify venue admins by email.
